Description of problem:
Hits the HD and freaks.  Drive works fine with FC3.  IO error with FC4.  System halts with anacdump and reboots.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Boot off of FC4 CD
2.  Try to install
3.  Cry   :)
  

Actual Results:  system halts with error (see attachment)  reboots

Expected Results:  Should give me partitioning operation info

There are a number of errors in the log which are drive errors on your hard
drive (hda).  Booting with 'ide=nodma' may work as a temporary measure but
longer term your hardware will need to be replaced
