Verified in CFME 5.11.0.1.20190424210327_58b5dbd

Steps of verification:
1) Checked that "Cloud Intel" has no "RSS" or "Timelines" tab


I'm not sure how to test the RSS code removed from widgets. Marking this as verified however, please let me know if there are any additional things I need to check.
