Description of problem:
The bug occurs when listing VMs via a filter and the number of filtered VMs is greater than the max items per page. Upon navigating to the second page, the number of filtered VMs changes and appears to clear the filter.

How reproducible:
repeatedly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Compute > Infrastructure > Virtual Machines
2. Click a filter under VMs that exceeds the 20 per page limit on results
3. click to go to 2nd page

Actual results:
filter clears

Expected results:
continuation of filtered results are displayed on page 2
