Description of problem:
In tasks there is missing information about cluster-upgrade when running.
Installation task is missing aswell. 
There is only information about moving host to maintenance and rebooting via SSH.

For additional info he must check event log.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run cluster-upgrade from UI
2. check tasks

Actual results:
No tasks, except moving host to maintenance and SSH rebooting

Expected results:
there should be running task cluster-upgrade
