Verified in 

Verification Steps:
1. Enable CFME C&U services roles
2. Add a Openshift provider with metrics to CFME
3. Navigate to either Compute->Containers->Overview or Compute->Containers->Providers and select the provider added in step 2
4. Look at the Aggregated Node Utilization graph 
5. Graphs displayed "No data available" 
6. TypeError no longer seen in the browser debug console
