mdadm failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f30

Please fix mdadm at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
mdadm will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 31,
mdadm will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Debian removed -Werror so it would compile.

Subject: Remove -Werror from compiler flags
-Werror seems like a bad idea on released/packaged code because a toolchain
update (introducing new warnings) could break the build. We'll let upstream
use it to beautify the code, but remove it for out builds.
