Comment 4 Jan Pazdziora 2019-02-12 08:37:10 UTC
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/6541/32456541/mock_output.log ends with

Error: Error downloading packages:
Cannot download toplink/packages/glibc/2.29/1.fc30.1/armv7hl/glibc-2.29-1.fc30.1.armv7hl.rpm: All mirrors were tried

Not sure how I could fix the problem.

Simply submit the package for building. No release bump is needed. That was an infrastructure hickup and relengs are poor at catching and retrying network failures.
