Description of problem:

The netpbm-devel package lacks the %{_libdir}/libnetpbm.so symlink, which are required to link against libnetpbm.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
All current versions of netpbm (f28, f29, f30).


Actual results:
FTBFS of other packages.


Expected results:
netpbm-devel to provide %{_libdir}/libnetpbm.so

Additional info:
- This bug causes FTBFS of other packages.

Proposed patch

This patch changes 
lib/Makefile to create the *.so symlink in /lib instead of /link
and 
reflects this change to netpbm.spec

Unless somebody objects, I indent to apply it to at least rawhide, soon.
