Describe the issue: 
The steps to add a new cluster to existing OCS setup is incomplete and needs to be updated.  

Suggestions for improvement: 
Section 1.1.3.1 does not mention how the nodes got added to the OCP cluster. With many steps missing the document needs to be revisited. 


Additional information: 
Will attach the entire set of steps to add new cluster to existing OCS.

Moving the bug to verified state as i see that the steps are now correct for Adding a new cluster to the existing Red Hat Open shift Container Storage in converged mode.
