Description of problem:
The Self-Hosted Engine pane in Cockpit has a few minor text bugs.

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Cockpit.
2. Click V > Hosted Engine

1. Description says: "Configure and install a highly-available virtual machine which will run oVirt Engine to manage multiple compute nodes, or add this system to an existing hosted engine cluster."

"which" should be "that" to be consistent with style guide.

2. Lower-right corner says "RHEV Documentation" should be "RHV Documentation". RHEV has not been uses since 4.0.

3. Hyperconverged
Configure gluster storage and oVirt hosted engine

gluster should be capitalized (Gluster)
