Description of problem:
The Subscription Manager screen in Initial Setup GUI, supplied by the subscrion manager addon has a couple of graphical glitches and layout issues:
- the upper bar background is missing, making the text on the top ("Subscription Manager" & release name) hard to read on the default gray background
- the UI elements are not centered, instead they are concentrated in a rectangle in the upper left corner of the screen
- the spoke implements an internal "wizard" layout with "back" and "next" buttons, which might be confusing for some users as no other screens in Anaconda, Initial Setup or other addons use such layout

2. reboot the machine
3. once Initial Setup GUI shows up, visit the RHSM addon spoke

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release. Therefore, it is being closed. If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
