Description of problem:

A customer reported that their system often encountered OutOfMemoryError and/or Full GC issue caused by Metaspace. The customer reported the issue as JDK-8217432 with a proposed fix and the fix has been incorporated in the upstream. They request backporting the fix to RHEL 7 java-1.8.0-openjdk package.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

The customer is currently using java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.131-3.b12.el7_3.x86_64.rpm on RHEL 7.2


Steps to Reproduce / How reproducible:

N/A (They do not have a confirmed procedure to reproduce this issue, but their system often encountered OutOfMemoryError due to this)
