Once deployment is finished the appliance rpm is not needed anymore.
It's a waste of space on the host disk and a waste of bandwidth any time we release a new version of the appliance.

Verified on:
ovirt-ansible-hosted-engine-setup-1.0.13-1.el7ev.noarch
ovirt-hosted-engine-setup-2.3.6-1.el7ev.noarch

Steps:
1. Deploy HE (Run: # hosted-engine --deploy).
2. Check rhvm-appliance at the end of the deployment.

Results:
In the deployment:
[ INFO  ] TASK [ovirt.hosted_engine_setup : Install ovirt-engine-appliance rpm]
[ INFO  ] ok: [localhost]

In the end steps of the deployment:
[ INFO  ] TASK [ovirt.hosted_engine_setup : Remove ovirt-engine-appliance rpm]
[ INFO  ] changed: [localhost]

After the deployment passed:
Running # rpm -qa | grep appliance
results in nothing, rhvm-appliance was installed during the deployment and removed at the end of it.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.3.3 release, published on April 16th 2019.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.3.3 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
