Version 5.9.8.1.20190129182003_5fdf738 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add Provider(added vsphere)
2.Provision the Service
3.Set retirement date for Service

Actual results:
Service retirement got stuck when retiring the service by date.
It works fine when we do not have vm in catalog item. 

Expected results:
It should retire the services 

Additional info:
It works fine in 5.10

Hi drew, I have retested on that appliance now its works fine.
Service getting retired.

It got backported to hammer so yes.
