While testing using ubi7-minimal with microdnf and OpenShift 4 container images, I noticed that the use of `rpm -V` to verify microdnf reported a change.

The base image in use here has microdnf symlinked to yum, but rpm -V after installing findutils had an error:

This isn't a hard blocker for us, but does prevent us from quickly switching our previous RHEL7 Dockerfiles to UBI7-minimal/RHEL7-minimal base images.  Is this user error or something incorrect in microdnf]?

It's the same root cause as bug 1665251 anyway.  We remove some of the binaries that are packaged in the container kickstart files:

This isn't a bug in microdnf or rpm though.  We can either not do that in the image creation, or we can fix it by repackaging /usr/bin/oldfind in findutils (and similar bugs for the other binaries).  I'm moving this to the minimal image component until we sort out what, if anything, needs to be done.

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
