Verification Steps:
1. Navigate to Red Hat Cloud-> Services
2. Verified the page is displayed
3. Verified title is Services
4. Verified the summary text is "Explore our Software-as-a-Services offerings at cloud.redhat.com."
5. Verified there is a button labeled "Take me there" that takes the user to cloud.redhat.com once clicked
