Description of problem:
In the current upgrade section of OCS, we document steps to upgrade from 3.10 to 3.11.

It would be a good addition to have steps to upgrade from 3.11.x (any batch update version of 3.11 to the latest released batch update of 3.11. i.e., 3.11.y

I've checked the PDF for the note Chandrakanth has added. It's much better if we also mention the correct images.
