Missed metrics diagrams for node

Description of problem:
4.0 aws cluster console
no metrics diagram for node and pod, see the attached picture, there is not metrics diagram under "Administration -> node", same for "Workloads -> pods".
This is a regression bug, we could see the diagrams last week.
