Developing a first implementation here: https://github.com/cockpit-project/cockpit/pull/11421 . This is good enough for demos, but not secure enough yet for robust production deployments though. As discussed with stakeholders, moving this to 8.2. *** Bug 1740759 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
