Description Petr Menšík 2019-02-19 09:46:45 UTC
Description of problem:
When I login into bugzilla via kerberos, it does not require any password or login entry. This is great feature. However, bugzilla tends to often log me out.

As long as I have kerberos credentials, it should log me back automatically. Now I have to click again Login and choose always the same provider, Red Hat Associate.

Could it rembember last successful login type even across sessions? If it does not require user interaction, like SAML types, it should try automatically. Alternatively, allow user setting to remember login type. It would be still secure, everyone will usually choose the same again.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.4.rh13

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. kinit
2. visit bugzilla.redhat.com in firefox
3. Have to click Login/Red Hat Associate once again

Actual results:
I have to click always two clicks again.

Expected results:
Web browser would just delay me a bit until it refreshes token, without user action required.

Additional info:
Log of complains are related to frequency of logging, for example bug #1676787 or bug #1410316. I think this feature would solve it for some people.

I think this is applicable to all login methods but bugzilla account username/password.
