We will do this, it just depends on whether we can backport to Queens or do a downstream only backport.

It has to be downstream. I guess we need Ramon's ack for a feature backport? Should we set the FutureFeature flag?

Given this was for 13, and a downstream only feature backport request, I'm going to close this and mark it as wontfix.
