Description of problem:
According to BZ 1658937, ovirt-log-collector needs to use ovirt_node plugin to collect imgbased.log for RHV-H hosts.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-log-collector-4.3.0-1.el7ev.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have engine with active rhv-h host with older version
2. upgrade rhv-h 
3. /var/log/imgbased.log should be created
4. run ovirt-log-collector on engine

Actual results:
sosreport for the host doesn't contain /var/log/imgbased.log

Expected results:
sosreport for the host contains /var/log/imgbased.log

yes. sos 3.6.12 or higher
