Description of problem:
Enable conversion host warning from infra map's RHV clusters works when we add host with tags and do not work when we add entry by API.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add RHV, add conversion host via API/playbook 
2. Check infra map, you will see warning (like image attached) on infra map's RHV clusters

Now do this,
1. Add V2V tags to RHV conversion hosts
2. You will find warning disappear


Actual results:
Getting warning despite we have conversion host added


Expected results:
Warning should operate from API entry as well.
