Description Michał Dulko 2019-02-26 16:22:34 UTC
Description of problem:
registry.redhat.io is showcasing a broken container image of openstack-kuryr-cni (14.0-133.1547748364). According to it's build log [1] openstack-kuryr-kubernetes-cni, jq and openvswitch packages were unavailable during build and aren't included in the image, which is obviously wrong.

[1] http://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/brewroot/packages/openstack-kuryr-cni-container/14.0/133.1550575854/data/logs/x86_64-build.log

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
14.0-133.1547748364

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. docker run -it --entrypoint bash registry.access.redhat.com/rhosp14/openstack-kuryr-cni:latest
2. In container: `jq`

Actual results:
[root@09f733f03963 /]# jq
bash: jq: command not found

Expected results:
[root@27e2feada2cb /]# jq
jq - commandline JSON processor [version 1.3]
Usage: jq [options] <jq filter> [file...]

For a description of the command line options and
how to write jq filters (and why you might want to)
see the jq manpage, or the online documentation at

Comment 3 Thierry Vignaud 2019-03-06 13:12:13 UTC
Latest builds have jq installed.
It was a temporary compose issue which cannot happen anymore since now any missing package will make the build to fail
