Description of problem:
I'm reporting it, because I don't know whether it's a bug or RFE.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.1.2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add an openstack provider
2.Create a volume
3.Try to edit volume size

Actual results:
Size cannot be changed

Expected results:
Size can be changed same way as it's with EC2 EBS provider.

Verified in 5.11.0.13. I was able to change volume size for openstack cinder volumes.
