Description of problem:
Create a vm template and create a vm from the template, then delete the template.
Go to vm overview page, an error "templates.template.openshift.io "test-url" not found" shows on the page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a vm template
2. Create a vm from the template
3. Delete the template
4. Go to vm overview page

Actual results:
an error "templates.template.openshift.io "test-url" not found" shows on the page.

Expected results:
no such error shows on vm overview page.
