This is a trivial template change which improves kexec workflow - it's less likely that kexec freezes when this option is provided. We have multiple reports from upstream and downstream that this improves it. Trivial one line change, zero risk, I am proposing this into 6.5(.z) to decrease amount of calls in this regard.
