Description of problem:

Recently new playbook has been added to remove OSDs configured using ceph-disk (when osd_scenario variable is set to collocated or non-collocated). We need to add this information in section 1.3.5. Removing a Ceph OSD using Ansible of operations guide.

Step 2 and 3 need to be updated to copy and run respective playbook -  shrink-osd.yml for ceph-volume based (osd_scenario -lvm) and shrink-osd-ceph-disk.yml for ceph-disk based osds.
