Description of problem:
The manpage's reference info for parted's `mkpart` command does not reflect usage for both gpt and MBR labels, but it should.

"primary", "logical", or "extended".
Expected results:

I'm discovering lots of GPT partitions labeled "primary" per the manpage. It's amusing, but there is more utility in a real label and I think admins are missing that you can do that.
