Description of problem: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Scriptlets/#_syntax For %posttrans, it is listed that $1 will be 0 for during both installs and upgrades. I have not tested installs yet, but at least for upgrades, the value is 1. Not 0. Also... this document needs a bunch of editing. Lots of obvious typos and just needs some proofreading. Is there a git repo for this stuff? If so, heck, I would fix it myself. Anyway... bug. Thanks! -taw (or t0dd)
I'm closing this bug as part of a Bugzilla cleanup effort. The most likely reason is that the bug has been opened either against a component we no longer publish, or against Release Notes for an EOL release.
