Description of problem:
The title text changes from "Instance Policy Simulation" to "Virtual Machine Policy Simulation" when you click on the quadicon after running a policy simulation on a cloud instance. Then when you click the back button, the title text remains as "Virtual Machine"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a cloud provider that has at least 1 instance
2. Navigate to the summary page of an instance
3. Click "Policy" -> "Policy Simulation"
4. Assign e.g. "OpenSCAP" profile to the instance
5. Click the quadicon

Actual results:
You are taken to the details page of the policy simulation for the instance, and the title text now reads "Virtual Machine Policy Simulation"

Expected results:
You are taken to the details page of the policy simulation for the instance, and then title text should read "Instance Policy Simulation"

Additional info:
If you navigate to your instances from the provider vms (i.e. Compute->Cloud->Provider, clicking quadicon of provider, clicking number of VMs) and then to the policy simulation page by clicking the checkbox of an instance, then clicking "Policy" -> "Policy Simulation" the title text will read "Virtual Machine Policy Simulation" or it will sometimes not be present. I will write a separate BZ for this case. 

This bug impacts 5.10.2.0 and 5.9.9.1
