Description of problem:
 While running healthcheck for swift containers in undercloud, didn't find healthcheck service for following containers: 
swift_rsync
swift_object_updater
swift_object_expirer
swift_container_updater
swift_account_reaper

The healthcheck for these containers passed:
swift_object_server
swift_container_server
swift_account_server

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
puppet-swift-14.3.0-0.20190311080105.d513901.el8ost.noarch

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy undercloud
2. Run systemctl status tripleo_<container_name>_healthcheck.service

Actual results:
Get 
Unit tripleo_swift_object_updater_healthcheck.service could not be found.

Expected results:
Get an actual healthcheck for the container

According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-11.3.2-0.20200211065546.d3d6dc3.el8ost.  This build is available now.
