Description of problem:
Konqueror will not open directories that start with the [ character. Already checked permissions and the like. Opens the same dir fine when renamed with "normal" alphanumerics.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a directory whose name starts with [
2. Attempt to open it in Konqueror

Actual Results:  Konqueror reloads the current directory.

Expected Results:  Konqueror enters the directory clicked.

This bug has been already fixed in the new kde upstream. It will be included
in next kdebase FC4-update and rawhide. Many thanks for your report.
