Log of reinstall of the kernel.

1. Please describe the problem:

Upgrading to kernel version 5.0.3 seems to fail. This has consequences that break dependent kernel modules, causing e.g VirtualMachine to break.

Version-Release number of the kernel: 5.0.3

To reproduce:
dnf reinstall kernel\*5.0.3\*

This is a dracut issue, there is a new dracut to fix the problem https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-38c666fc03
