Deployment failed when using non default storage domain name (hosted_storage)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEV
2. Create the Deployment YML files 
in file /etc/ovirt-engine-metrics/config.yml.d/metrics-store-config.yml:
openshift_ovirt_storage_domain_name: netapp-rhev-mount



3. run the deployment

Actual results:
Deyploment failed

Expected results:
Deyployment success

Setting in  /etc/ovirt-engine-metrics/config.yml.d/metrics-store-config.yml:
ovirt_template_disk_storage: netapp-rhev-mount

fix the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEV
2. Create the Deployment YML files 
in file /etc/ovirt-engine-metrics/config.yml.d/metrics-store-config.yml:
openshift_ovirt_storage_domain_name: nfs_0

Results:
Given storage domain is used and no errors occur during the installation.

Verified in: 
ovirt-engine-4.2.8.5-0.1.el7ev.noarch
ovirt-engine-metrics-1.2.1.3-1.el7ev.noarch
