We currently have a spec file name called rh-mariadb102.spec, we should change it to rh-mariadb103.spec 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rh-mariadb103-3.3-3.el7

1. see dist-git content

Actual results:
rh-mariadb102.spec 

Expected results:
rh-mariadb103.spec
