Description momran 2019-04-01 10:39:00 UTC
Description of problem:

Customer wants to add opencv 3.4.5 or later to RHEL 8.

The latest in RHEL 8 repos is 3.4.1-9.

The reason the customer needs to have the new version added is because there are new functionalities in the product that they are using in the applications, and the version that Red Hat supports is very old.
