Description of problem:
In the documentation there is a step after installing the metrics-store that to verify that the installation was correct, you have to check that Elasticsearch and Kibana have both external IP addresses. However according to Shirly Radco, Kibana does not need to have an external IP address if it has a correct route. So it would be better to remove line about the need to check that Kibana must have external IP address.
