LocaleLowercase in MagickCore/locale.c in ImageMagick before 7.0.8-32 allows out-of-bounds access, leading to a SIGSEGV.

Analysis:

OOB read when trying to parse specially crafted files (in this case a postscript format file). Can lead to crash. Not sure why this is called a security issue in the first place though.
