I got the same error using CFME 5.10.3.1.20190408182335_d0fa1a0 and RHV 4.2.8.5-0.1.el7ev

Verified using CFME 5.10.3.3.20190415203225_deb61ff and RHV 4.2.8.5-0.1.el7ev and RHV 4.3.3.3-0.1.el7 , disks were deleted successfully.
