Description of problem:
Add More doesn‘t work when no taints exist on console

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto Compute->nodes page,select one node has no any taints
2. goto its detail page, try to add taints
3.  click "add more", add one taint for it

Actual results:
 There is no any response after clicking "add more"

Expected results:
 should add taints successfully

Additional info:
 $oc adm taint nodes ip-172-31**.eu-west-3.compute.internal  test=test:NoSchedule
node/ip-172-3**.eu-west-3.compute.internal tainted

Now works when adding the first taint for a node.
Verified this bug.
