Description of problem:

Attempt to install freeipa-server on Fedora rawhide fails.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

freeipa-server-4.7.2-6.fc31.x86_64

How reproducible:

Deterministic.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install -y freeipa-server

Actual results:

Fedora - Modular Rawhide - Developmental packag 762 kB/s | 1.1 MB     00:01    
Fedora - Rawhide - Developmental packages for t  22 MB/s |  55 MB     00:02    
Error: 
 Problem: package freeipa-server-4.7.2-6.fc31.x86_64 requires 389-ds-base >= 1.4.0.16-1, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package 389-ds-base-1.4.1.2-1.fc31.x86_64 requires python3-lib389 = 1.4.1.2-1.fc31, but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides platform-python needed by python3-lib389-1.4.1.2-1.fc31.noarch
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

Expected results:

No error, package and its dependencies installed.

Today the error is the same as in comment 1.

pki-core started moving to a module so move this bug to them.

We already have an issue [1] filed against Fedora - rawhide. Closing this as a duplicate.

The dependency issue seems to have been resolved in today's rawhide.
