Description of problem: Because of a change in Hunspell 1.7, Emacs cannot work with it. Which is prevent Emacs spell checking. A fix for that was pushed in branch 26 of Emacs in november 2018, based on this bug report: https://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=33493 But this fix is missing from the current Emacs build in Fedora.
