Description of problem:

The mechanism to backup the heketi db is outdated in the document. We need to remove it.

To be removed:
1. Step 2 "Backup the Heketi database file" in "6.1.2. Upgrading cns-deploy and Heketi Server"
2. Step 2 "Backup the Heketi database file" in "7.2.3. Upgrading Heketi in Openshift node"
