Description of problem:
I checked here supporting my device before buy https://fprint.freedesktop.org/supported-devices.html
After that i buyed mouse "Xiaomi Jesis smart fingerprint mouse"(another name "Jesis J1") with Elan fingerprint reader vid 04f3 and pid 0c28. Pluged usb, and nothing happen (mouse working fine, but i buy for fingerprint reader ).

Actual results:
Device unknow, driver doesn't work

Expected results:
Working fingerprint scaner

I tried opensuse tumbleweed live cd, install libfprint 0.99 and fingerprint reader worked fine. 

Please update libfprint version or say how i can help with this.
