Description Paul Lindner 2000-08-25 22:12:01 UTC
The Sales Operations group has requested that the Web Store not accept
a credit card transaction that has been returned from Cybercash with
an Address Verification System (AVS) response code of 'N'. (See
details below regarding Cybercash and AVS) When this response
code is returned, we do need to display some message to the customer
indicating that there was no match on address and zipcode, so they
have the opportunity to correct the address and retry. Chris -
your name was suggested to draft the Web store response to the
customer.

This has been added. If an AVS code of 'N' is returned, then the error:

Credit card authorization failed: The billing address given did not match
billing address held by your credit card company

is shown and the order is not processed.
