Description of problem:
Anamon is creating a really noisy output in Beaker-proxy due to sending data immediately in threads.

How reproducible:
Provision system with journal supported OS  
Check the output of beaker-proxy log

Actual results:
Beaker-proxy log contains a lot of hits from journal upload

Expected results:
Fewer hits to API
