As ufraw-0.5 removes a command line option present in 0.4.x ("ufraw --batch" becomes "ufraw-batch"), I'll only update the development tree which should become FC5 Extras in time.
Just built ufraw-0.5-1 for Fedora Extras development.

I can't install in FC4 as libcairo.so.2 is required. Where is this library?
You can't install it in FC4, it will only be available in FC5 and later -- if you need it, you have to compile it for yourself or find asomeone else who packages it for FC4.
You can download ufraw 0.5 for Fedora Core 4 here: http://pf.praguesoft.cz/rpms/
