Most likely it leads to the index page (as the patch is changing it to that), however I have no idea as this was verified 2 weeks ago and I didn't even remember what it was about.

Sorry I wasn't clearer: I mean which document does it link to? The Upgrade Guide, as per comment 15, or the Installation Guide?
