sanlock 3.7.1 for Fedora 28, 29, and 30 is available now in the updates-testing repo. The main change in this version is support for configurable sector size and alignment, needed for 4k support in 4.3.z. sanlock 3.7.1 will be provided in CentOS Virt SIG testing repositories till it will be made available within CentOS itself.
This is going to take longer than expected since Fedora spec file uses macros which are not available in CentOS and needs refactor.

Moving to ON_QA assigning the verification to Nir Soffer since the request for this package was for testing sanlock for 4k support while developing it.
I tested using OST: 1. Require sanlock 3.7.3 in vdsm https://gerrit.ovirt.org/c/100437/ 2. Run OST with this patch: https://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-system-tests_manual/4809/
